Cibulka Vinice is a residential development in Prague District 5. It is nestled behind a former factory next to extensive woodland but close to Prague 5’s commercial centre of Andel.

The first phase will consist of 178 new-build apartments with underground car parking and secluded gardens. The building permit will be obtained by July 2015 and construction is expected to be completed by spring of 2018.

The second phase will consist of the conversion of the existing factory building into 200 apartments with amazing views across the valley and towards the historic centre. Completion is anticipated by autumn 2019.
