Jubileum is mixed-used complex on Komunardu Street in Holesovice, Prague. Holesovice is an exciting area of Prague similar to Docklands in London and is the home of fashion, computer, art, and high-tech creative companies. The project consisted of 106 apartments, 900 m2 of office space, 300 m2 of retail space, and underground car parking.

The project commenced with the acquisition of the site in 2006, it was severely delayed by the market collapse, and was completed in 2014.
